Digicine Oristar integrates the intoPIX JPEG 2000 4K technology into its next generation IMB

CineAsia 2012, Hong Kong,– intoPIX, the leading provider of JPEG 2000 compression and security solutions, and Digicine Oristar Technology Development Co., Ltd., leading digital cinema equipment manufacturer and distributor in Beijing, P.R. China today announced that Oristar is integrating the latest intoPIX JPEG 2000 technology into its new Integrated Media Block (IMB), slated for release in 2013. This IMB will also be poised for the latest 4K and 2K High Frame Rate cinema formats, and sets a new technology benchmark in the Chinese Digital Cinema market.

東京、日本 - この度のNTTアドバンステクノロジ（以下、NTT-AT）がintoPIX s.a(以下、intoPIX)のJPEG 2000圧縮ソリューションの採用に伴い、intoPIXと NTT-AT は放送とプロダクション市場において4Kの導入を容易にできるような新しいJPEG2000のブロードキャスト向けプロファイル(15444-1:2004/Amd.3:2010[E])に基づいた、4Kの相互運用に関する契約を締結した。

Fraunhofer and Intopix present EasyDCP creation with real-time JPEG 2000 coding.

Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS and Intopix cooperate in order to accelerate the creation process and mastering of digital cinema packages (DCP). The well-known software package easyDCP developed by Fraunhofer IIS now supports the hardware acceleration board PRISTINE from Intopix to allow for faster encoding of JPEG 2000 files, both visually or mathematically lossless, for resolutions from HD up to 4K. This extends the possibilities for post production facilities to optimize and speed up their workflow of DCP creation.

ベルギー、Louvain-la-Neuve - ニューヨーク CCW Expo（10月12・13日）にて、intoPIXは新しいFPGAベースのJPEG 2000超遅延コーデックのデモ展示を行います。伝送遅延10ミリ秒以下を達成した新しいFPGA IPコアはゼロ遅延にて伝送することが極めて重要となるリアルタイム通信や高速レスポンス相互映像アプリケーションに使用することができます。

JPEG 2000とFPGAインテグレーションに関する高い専門性を生かし、intoPIXは同等の圧縮効率を保ちつつ、フルエンコーディング・デコーディングサイクルでプロセス遅延を1フレーム以下に最適化することを可能しました。この性能を達成できるJPEG 2000コーデック技術をご提供できるのは、現時点ではintoPIXだけです。

NECディスプレイソリューションズ、DLP™シネマプロジェクターにイントピックスの技術を採用

intoPIX社、新ボード“PRISTINE” をIBC 2009にて展示

IBC（アムステルダム）-- JPEG 2000ソリューションのエクスパート、イントピックスはアムステルダムで行われるIBC 2009にて新OEM PRISTINE JPEG 2000ボードを展示いたしました。

PRISTINEはPCIe x8のインタフェースで、非圧縮映像をJPEG2000を用いてリアルタイム映像を高速で圧縮・非圧縮することが可能です。また、4系統の3G-SDI入出力インタフェースを備えています。PRISTINEはSD、HD、2K、4Kの全てフォーマットに対応しており、エンベデッド・オーディオにも対応いたしました。同時4入力の3G-SDI 4：4：4に対応することが可能です。新I/Oボードは3D、マルチチャンネル、マルチスクリーンなどののアプリケーションに最適です。また、最大限の柔軟性を実現するため、PRISTINEには新しいintoPIX SDKが組み込まれています。
