The 30:1 FlinQ difference.

Displays and video are everywhere to deliver us content with higher quality, higher dynamic range and higher resolutions.
But these new technologies pose a serious challenge for continued connectivity due to extensive data rates and high bandwidth requirements.

Traditionally, there are 2 methods this problem is dealt with:

Traditional method 1

Choosing large bandwidth streaming solutions
keeps quality high, but results in a high replacement cost, involving complex and power-hungry devices, cabling and infrastructures.

Traditional method 2

Others settle for strong trade-offs and sacrifice quality through downsampling (from 444 to 420), traditional video compression (H264, HEVC, MJPEG) and other tricks that impact either quality, or latency or both at the same time.

The FlinQ method:

FlinQ does not compromise and proposes a novel approach through innovative pixel processing, enabling better quality pixels with a smaller bandwidth usage. (about 30 times less bandwidth)

Technology benefits

Flawless processing
on any content

Patented display and video modes enable recovery of all the original information

Pixel perfect quality

At least 30 times less bandwidth.

Natural video, CGI, and fine text without compression artifacts

Extremely low power
Innovative & patented method
Low resource
and memory usage
No latency
1/10th of a millisecond
(imperceptible to humans)
High flexibility
Any resolution, color depth or frame rate
Multi-video & display-format management
Any network.

Applications & Implementations

It is essential to maintain image quality when connecting displays and videos over a network.
4K and 8K links require no latency and optimal data rates in order to fit existing networks with about 30 times less bandwidth

Wireless display
4K over 1 GbE
8K over 2.5 GbE
Wireless display
      • Pixel perfect over wireless (e.g. via WiGig, Wifi-6, 5G, ...)
      • Down to 200 Mbps in 4K
      • Scalable up to 8K wireless

4K over 1 GbE
      • Standard CAT5e / 1Gbps Ethernet cables & switchers
      • Dual 4K screens possible
      • Pixel perfect over 1GbE

8K over 2.5 GbE
      • Standard CAT5e cables and  2.5 Gbps switchers
