intoPIX is proud to release the RTP JPEG XS (de-)packetizer IP-cores for latency-critical video transmission applications.

The primary objective of this new VSF TR-08 is to address LAN, WAN and cloud applications and enable interoperability between products from different equipment manufacturers. It supports the transport of JPEG XS Video in ST 2110-22.

The main focus of the new TR-07 from VSF is JPEG XS. The new codec is really specialized in high-quality and very low-latency and focuses on high-quality live video contribution and transmission.

intoPIX has been working at the WG11 (MPEG) and WG1 (JPEG) to extend ISO/IEC 13818-1 (MPEG-2 Systems) to support JPEG XS (ISO/IEC 21122).
